Umbon Industries is a privately held company building technology for national resilience. This page sets out how to reach us and what to expect.
1. The company
Umbon Industries is a privately held company founded in September 2026 and based in Prishtinë, Kosovo, building technology for national resilience. Our mission is to develop advanced autonomous systems for the protection of people, borders and critical infrastructure. Our aim is to build the autonomous technology infrastructure of tomorrow.
We are not listed on any exchange. There is no public market for our shares and none is planned at this time.
2. Enquiries from investors
We deal with investor enquiries directly and discreetly. We are glad to hear from strategic and institutional investors with experience in defence, dual-use technology, autonomous systems, advanced manufacturing or European industrial supply chains.
If you are considering an approach, write to contact@umbon.tech with the subject line Investor enquiry, and tell us:
- who you are and the entity you represent;
- your mandate, typical cheque size and investment horizon;
- relevant portfolio or operating experience in our sector;
- what you would want to see in a first conversation.
We will respond to serious approaches and, where there is a fit, continue the discussion under a non-disclosure agreement. Detailed company, financial and technical information is released only under such an agreement and only to parties we have identified.
