The terms on which Umbon Industries makes this website available.
1. These terms
umbon.tech is operated by Umbon Industries, Zona Industriale, 10000 Prishtinë, Kosovo. By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
2. What the site is for
This site exists to describe who we are and to let you contact us. It is general information about our business. It is not technical documentation, not a specification, not advice, and not an offer to sell or supply anything.
3. No offer and no commitment
Nothing on this site creates a contract, a quotation, a tender response, or a binding commitment of any kind. Any supply of products or services by us is governed solely by a written agreement signed by both parties. Statements about products, capabilities or timelines describe our present intentions and may change without notice.
4. Accuracy
We take care to keep the site accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is complete, error free, or continuously available. Product descriptions and development plans are indicative. We may change or withdraw any part of the site at any time.
5. Acceptable use
You may read the site and contact us through it. You may not:
- use it unlawfully, or in a way that interferes with its operation or security;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, its server, or any connected system;
- submit anything through the contact form that is unlawful, abusive, deliberately misleading, or that infringes someone else's rights;
- harvest addresses or other data from the site by automated means;
- send us material you are not entitled to disclose, including classified, export-controlled or third party confidential information.
We may refuse or block access where any of the above occurs.
6. What you send us
Do not send us confidential or sensitive information through the contact form. Material you send us through it is received on a non-confidential basis unless we have agreed otherwise in writing beforehand. If you have something confidential to discuss, write to us first and we will agree an appropriate channel and, where suitable, a non-disclosure agreement.
7. Intellectual property
The content, design, text, images and marks on this site belong to Umbon Industries or are used with permission. The names Umbon, Umbon Industries, DARDA, ROJA and the UI mark are ours. You may read the site, print single copies and quote short extracts with attribution. Everything else, including republication, systematic copying, framing and commercial reuse, requires our written consent.
8. Links
Where we link to a third party site we do so for convenience. We do not control it, do not endorse it, and are not responsible for its content or its handling of your data.
9. Export control and lawful use
We operate in a regulated sector. Information on this site is published for general business purposes and must not be used in support of any activity prohibited by applicable export control, sanctions or dual-use regulation. Any supply of controlled items or technology by us is subject to the necessary authorisations.
10. Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of, or inability to use, this site, including indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, business or data. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Our handling of personal data is described in the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.
12. Governing law
These terms, and any dispute arising out of them or out of your use of the site, are governed by the law of the Republic of Kosovo. The courts of Prishtinë have exclusive jurisdiction.
13. Changes
We may revise these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
